By using midineroyyo.com or joining the My Money and Me waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your email.
1. Acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of the site operated by La Noticia for the My Money and Me project. Continued use of the site means you accept this version and any updates we post here.
2. Service description
The site provides information about the book My Money and Me, general educational content, and, for now, a waitlist to notify you of the launch. Future features (accounts, purchases, or chapter downloads) may have additional terms.
3. Waitlist
By signing up, you confirm the email is yours and that we may use it to notify you about the book and related communications, as described in the privacy notice. You may request removal at any time by emailing hola@midineroyyo.com.
4. Educational content
Site and book materials are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not personalized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Decisions you make with your money are your responsibility.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, La Noticia is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions arising from use of the site. The site is provided "as is," without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
6. Intellectual property
Text, trademarks, logos, and other My Money and Me and La Noticia content are protected. You may not copy, modify, or distribute that material without prior permission, except as allowed by fair use or applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the site: no spam, no attempts to breach security, no abusive bots on forms, and no impersonation of others.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
